1. Passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation identifying the citizen of the Russian Federation beyond the borders of the Russian Federation.*

2. Business passport.

3. Diplomatic passport.

4. National sailor identification document (with a crew list, or extract from it).

5. A document confirming return to the Russian Federation.
