 RESOLUTION

 On ensuring the continuity of integration management organs 
 
 In order to ensure the continuity of those integration management organs established under the Treaty on increased integration in the economic and humanitarian fields of 29 March 1996, the Treaty on a customs union and Single economic space of 26 February 1999, and the organs established under the Treaty on the Establishment of the Eurasian Economic Community of 10 October 2000 (hereinafter referred to as the Treaty), the Interstate Council of the Eurasian Economic Community has decided as follows: 1. To an extent not contrary to the Treaty, to assume the functions of the Interstate Council of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan, established under the Treaty on increased integration in the economic and humanitarian fields of 29 March 1996, and the Council of Heads of Government of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan, established pursuant to the Resolution of the Interstate Council of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation No. 13 of October 22, 1997. 2. To reorganize: – the Interstate Council of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan by transforming it into the Interstate Council of the EurAsEC; – the Integration Committee of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan by transforming it into the Integration Committee of the EurAsEC; – the Interparliamentary Committee of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan by transforming it into the Interparliamentary Assembly of the EurAsEC; 3. To terminate the operations of the Council of Heads of States of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan. 4. Prior to adoption of the Regulations of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the EurAsEC and the Rules of Procedure for the Inter-parliamentary Assembly of EurAsEC, the Interparliamentary Assembly of the EurAsEC shall be governed in its activities by the Regulations of the Inter-parliamentary Committee of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan of 22 October 1997 to an extent not contrary to the Treaty, the Regulations of the Interstate Council of the EurAsEC and the Regulations of the Integration Committee of the EurAsEC.
